Onsite Activation
Revolver Marketing Group will manage all production and logistics for your event including researching, negotiating and contracting with talent. RMG will also rent the appropriate event space and build, manage and produce your event as a 100% turnkey service including all of the requisite staging, lighting, and sound to deliver a full scale/first class concert production.
RMG will also create and manage all VIP client/artist receptions and backstage meet and greets; whether your event is a corporate gathering, festival or national concert tour.
RMG will coordinate localized advertising and promotion, design and activate onsite marketing programs as well as organize artist interviews and related public relations responsibilities in order to ensure that all sponsor related “brand messages ” are effectively communicated.
For onsite activation, RMG provides and trains experienced “brand ambassadors” to distribute sponsor samples, demonstrate product use and interact “one to one” with those in attendance at your events.
We also create websites, maintain social networking sites, create and activate contests, design, print and distribute point of sale materials and maintain merchandise destinations at all events…thus providing our clients with a total “one stop shop” event operation capability.
